CAOrder forgotten and shipment late It seemed like our order was lost or forgotten. It took over 2-3 weeks for a mockup. We had to reach out multiple times to ask for an update, and a different person responded each time. The only ask was to use a different sticker, instead of a valentines sticker. We were advised rush shipping was needed to make our delivery date, but still, the package was late.

GBYour website apparently was having… Your website apparently was having trouble with uploads for logos. But I didn't know this and WH kept sending messages stating it was the file we uploaded. After bugging my marketing several times over, turned out it was on your website. That was unfortunate since I had to bother our inside people sooo many times.

GB1st time encounter with WH Candy 1st time encounter with WH Candy. Excellent choices, responsive customer service, prompt shipping. Nice story on company origins, too. Some challenges with understanding artwork (like a company logo added), but not a deal breaker. Will work with them again for sure.

GBA sweet experience. Service, product, and overall experience was great! The only thing I would suggest is that once you contact this vendor, you have a direct contact for future communications as opposed to having to communicate through a general mailbox. But I will definitely use them in the future if I have a need for the product.
