A sweet experience. Service, product, and overall experience was great! The only thing I would suggest is that once you contact this vendor, you have a direct contact for future communications as opposed to having to communicate through a general mailbox. But I will definitely use them in the future if I have a need for the product.

Your website apparently was having… Your website apparently was having trouble with uploads for logos. But I didn't know this and WH kept sending messages stating it was the file we uploaded. After bugging my marketing several times over, turned out it was on your website. That was unfortunate since I had to bother our inside people sooo many times.

We had more than a few problems with our artwork and the team worked with us non-stop until we got it right. They want your project to be successful as much as you do. I submitted a high-resolution file but… I submitted a high-resolution file but the logo is pixelated and not the right color. Will not be re-ordering again for next year.
