GBOnly 1 of 2 boxes arrived I bought a 6 month subscription in June 2021 for my husband's birthday. We got one box, which was interesting. We were supposed to get another box the 2nd week in August. It is now the middle of September and despite emailing about the box, I have gotten radio silence.

GBPitiful Customer Service It started with not being able to get the website to acknowledge my gift card. Then after finally getting that rectified, I placed an order on the same day I placed one with a competitor of yours. I received their merchandise later the same week and had not even gotten a confirmation from shots box. I enquired about my order and was told that due to volume it would not ship until after the holidays (which at that time was a month away. Finally received my order approx 5 weeks after placing the order.

GBGood selection, Delayed delivery I appreciate ShotsBox providing a selection of micro-distilleries. I received exactly what I ordered, well packaged. However, it took over a month and I would've like to have received updates as to the progress. I did get a note when the shipper picked it up, but then no word until it arrived. I would use again.

GBThese guys are a complete rip off like… These guys are a complete rip off like most of these clubs. Kids sent me 2 boxes for Father’s Day - received 1 , never received the second. What a rip off

GBproblem was the ship company GLS.it was order on12/22/20 It arrived on 1/8/21.Was scanned at delivery /21 it arrived I had no problem in ordering willies big horn bourbon from you the problem was with the shipping company GLS. it was order on 12/22/20 & It arrived on 1/8/21 Was scanned at delivery depot on 12 /28/20 in Phx AZ. 12/29 was delayed for weather/accident.12/29 was on route for delivery then was reschedule for 12/30. I was told on 1/6 they cannot find my order & then it was found & ship out on 1/8/21. I would not recommend this shipping company in the future.
