This seems an intention deception on the part of Guide One. We've been clients for decades without any claims. GBCaring and responsive As soon as I reported our boiler breakdown, Guide One and the appraisers began their work. The first person to contact me was an appraiser who's job it was to assess the physical damage to our property. Next, we had boiler expert arrive and then an engineer who decided that it was not normal wear and tear. Guide One and Bayliss and Geist stayed on top of the progress and were very responsive to our questions and resolution to our situation. We believe we were treated fairly and professionally during the entire process.
