GBI was having trouble placing my order online I was having trouble placing my order online, I called the phone number listed and was able to have my order processed. I was pleasantly surprised as I received the order within days of placing it. I will definitely be using Frank Rowe & Son again for other grooming products.

GBWas not delivered what was advertised Was not delivered what was advertised. I searched multiple sites to find the color coded wide attachment combs. They Only advertise the color coded. But delivered the plain grey identical combs that are hard to tell apart. Very unhappy. Was told when I called they were getting rid of the old ones before they would actually get the colored ones advertised. NEW UPDATE!!! I was called today by a very helpful representative who apologized for the mishap & without any prompting replaced the wrong items & made my order correct! It’s so nice to see this is a business that cares about their patrons. I will continue to happily buy here as I know they will make sure I get what I expected. Thank you Frank Rowe & Son

GBPackaging did not withstand UPS shipping My order was for 2 1/2 gallons of conditioning Shampoo. Package arrived today badly damaged. The cap on the container had been smashed allowing release of the container contents. Frank Rowe Customer Service took care of replacement quickly and without hassle and that deserves a 5 star. Looking at in hindsight the cap on the container was a hard plastic and easily broken, the container was poorly packaged and box only carried on small warning label indicating it was Liquid/Fragile. Packing and shipping warrants a 1 star.

GBPlaced an order assuming it WAS Frank… Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank Rowe only to find PetEdge had bought the company. Clipper arrived w/o a charging cord. Dealt with very rude customer service rep who hung up on me, after she stated I would have to pay shipping to return item. Finally resolved issue, but beware. Stopped ordering from PetEdge years ago due to poor customer service, delayed shipping. Nothing has changed.

GBWebsite wasnt applying free shipping… Website wasnt applying free shipping for my products so i had to call in and Pet Edge answered my call. The rep corrected the free shipping problem. Please fix the not applying free shipping error on your website. Im hesitant to order on line from you now.
