GBReady Refresh Never Disappoints! Kinda surprised that our delivery day has changed from Thursday to Wednesday, but certainly not a show stopper. We will certainly miss Joe-ell (Joseph) as our delivery person, but we certainly appreciate our current driver whom we have known from before. He's amazing as well. Something was incorrect with our latest delivery and he took it upon himself to personally come back to deliver the correct product after the fact. He certainly did not have to do that, but it was so nice and totally appreciated. We've been customers for a long time and if/when a hiccup in delivery occurs, Ready Refresh has always gone out of the way to correct it. We appreciate the great customer service and we love our drivers. Thank you!

GBThe Convenience of it! Delivery is always on time. Cleaner bottles. Website is easy to navigate. I am certainly drinking more water throughout the day. It’s so convenient for making hot tea as well, as it has the steaming hot water option. Now that I am having my water delivered (5gallon bottles) and utilizing the water fountain, I cannot go back to the filtered water pitcher in the fridge.

GBMachine is not working the it is supposed to My machine doesnt work right, sometimes the flow is irregular, the hot option doesnt work. It makes alot of noise. I have attempted to call customer service and ask for help but no one ever answers

GBConsistency and Quality Control of Spring Mountain water Bottles I am a long-time customer, of over 6 years. I appreciate the service provided, however, for the amount paid for Spring water (red sticker) and delivery, I would appreciate “newer” water bottles; bottles that appear clean, not overly-used, and “dragged” when bottle is inverted. The newer bottles appear to have a blue tint, and red stickers that are not faded. My monthly shipment of bottles may include new bottles, but also include bottles that appear to have been in use for 20 years and on their last leg. A little more stringent quality control and maintenance of water bottles, in addition to consistent delivery of “newer” “water bottles would be appreciated.
