GBGood job keep up the good work. The Customer Service, Water Delivery Guys, Water Cooler Guys and Supervisors were very polite and nice. The only problem I have is my water cooler that keeps breaking down after working for a month or two and I have to call for a replacement. I am now getting another new water cooler delivered to me on the 29th of this month. Hope that works consistently. I have been a long-standing customer of your, otherwise the service is excellent. Kudos to all involved.

GBThe service is quite good The service is quite good. I don't have a problem with the water being delivered. I get a notice telling me when to put the bottles out and when the new bottles are to be delivered. I find this very helpful with my busy schedule.

GBYour company expects 100% of its… Your company expects 100% of its clients to understand and accept your rules but they don't care and even look at us as if we are not quail to them although we as clients are 100% the main and the only source of the money you have !!!!! The customer service department it's like you are playing a roulette machine you never know where you are going to land on. As everyone sees the overall rating it's just 50% happy with your company and if your management is happy with it. I will say it one more time I believe you will be in business in the next 2-3 max if there's not going to be a MAJOR CHANGE IN THE COMPANY

I have asked for phone email and text - git email this time but nothing else - this is an ongoing issue - delivery driver never knocks or rings so empty bottles are never picked up - continuing terrible service - looking to change provider

GBThe price will go up so weigh the pros/cons I like Ready Fresh and appreciate everyone who delivers to my home. They are always professional and polite and willing to accommodate placement of water. I enjoy arrowhead water so much. It has truly been a great blessing to me and my family. Prices go up but weigh the pros and cons. I decided it’s worth it for me and my family to have the best drinking water possible.
