Delivery...forget about it! Ordered 3 pieces of furniture in December. Original delivery mid February, then end February, then mid March, then end march now no date at all. Meanwhile Crate & Barrel is earning interest on all of our deposit money which includes prepaid shipping. I would never buy from C&B again. UPDATE: Notified items are in local warehouse and it will take 23 DAYS to ship the final 25 miles. Really?

Worst experience Worst experience. Never used card . But recd a email that I had a late payment . Went online and saw no purchases bought and credit card showed $121 balance (with late fee). I asked fraud to tell me what item was purchased and address it was mailed to ( but couldnt provide ) because it didnt exist . Something not right here . Cancel your cards.

I ordered a mirror I ordered a mirror. It came broken. I returned for replacement. I received a chair instead. I returned for replacement for the mirror I was supposed to receive. About 3 hours of being on the phone over this time, and still don’t have a mirror. Lots of apologies. I had been a Crate and Barrel fan prior to this. Not now!

Theft. Order never delivered and no refund I ordered something more than a month ago and despite multiple multiple multiple attempts to contact Crate and Barrel I have been unable to get any answers or any resolution. Seems they literally just stole my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY”
