Their customer service is abysmal and… Their customer service is abysmal and their products aren’t even that nice. Never again. Currently on month 4 of attempting to get the correct color couch

Worst experience Worst experience. Never used card . But recd a email that I had a late payment . Went online and saw no purchases bought and credit card showed $121 balance (with late fee). I asked fraud to tell me what item was purchased and address it was mailed to ( but couldnt provide ) because it didnt exist . Something not right here . Cancel your cards.

Fragile items will be destroyed upon shipping. No customer service part of the order (kitchen dishes) came in broken (the fedex guys must have used the box as a football). Online chat/customer service must reside on another planet based on the speed of response. Another item that they claimed was delivered is MIA. Still waiting for the remaining items, more than a week after purchase. Yeah, this might be the last time I shopped at this overpriced place

They charged me $262, cancelled my order without any notification, and does not refund They sent me order confirmation e-mail and charged me $262. After 4 days, I contacted them to ask my order delivery. They told me my order is cancelled and there will be no refund. They advise me to contact with my bank. They did not inform me about the cancellation. And customer service says Crate and Barrel did not initiate a charge. I showed my bank account, they say me contact your bank. Terrible, horrible customer service. Never buy Crate and Barrel online, never ever

Horrible Horrible. Literally worst online ordering experience for myself as well as my sister ( two separate purchases) for a registry of family member. Spent hours on phone. Customer service reps are inept and callous. Never again. My sister lost money- never got her refund. Its been months. I lost a part of my soul on the phone for and hour.
