GBD+ / C- Support Call three times to speak with someone in tech support for a Wine Enthusiast refrigerator. Each time, after an extended periodon hold, the line simply went dead. I emailed. Two days later, Mikee C. emailed back. I asked to speak via phone as I had multple questions. He called, but again, we got cut off while I was on hold. He followed up with an email 30 min later partially answering one of my questions (that they only had stock of two parts for my frig), but clearly showed he had no interest in calling back or in answering other questions. All-in-all, it was a TERRIBLE experience, and I cannot ever imagine wanting anything to do with this company going forward.

GBThe perfect wine fridge for me. This is the wine fridge I have been looking for. It holds the larger bottles, and is the first one I have seen that actually holds as many as it claims. I like the display of the shelving units and by it being sideways the way it puts the wine on display. I opted for the single temp rather than dual, as I have far more red than white wine. I have a smaller one to store the whites.Service was great start to finish, shortly after placing my order I received a confirmation call, I received both an email and another call from the carrier when it shipped informing me of ETA and to clarity any questions I might have. I was provided a three hour window on delivery day, and received a call when they were ten minutes out. I have noticed the actual temp tends to run two to three degrees colder than the setting. Easy fix, I increased my desired setting a couple of degrees. I have referred Wine Enthusiast to a neighbor who I know is also looking for a larger fridge.

GB"Customer service" a total gut-punch. 2.5 yr old 166 bottle cooler stopped cooling. LONG wait times on phone X 3 or 4 over 3 months. Purchased 2 parts ($140), repairman ($100) certified problem was in sealed compressor system. Supposedly under warranty X 3 yrs. "Warranty"in this case meant crediting original purchase price ($1326) against new unit at list price plus shipping. My unit was discontinued, so recommended unit costing $2899 (no discount of 25% as offered on their website). Emailed and wrote to company repeatedly, to no avail. They treat their customers like sh__. Replaced with another brand unit at $1450. Will never buy their brand again.

GBLacking communication and customer service It's been now more than 2 weeks of calling, emailing, chatting, all due to an order that supposed to be delivered Dec 29 but nobody ever gets back to actually give me an update. Emails are not responded to; if i was lucky to get someone online after almost an hour wait, it was in vain anyway because all i heard was "will email you with an update". Forget about following their automatic phone response and ask for a call back - tried that, calling me back never happened either. This used to be a good company, i have ordered thousands of dollars in gifts but this is the last straw and last order i have ever made. Very disappointed but mostly frustrated.
