Horrible experience Horrible experience. Wine chateau send me the wrong Pinot Noir but charged me for the more expensive vintage. They initially tried to get me to keep the cheaper wine for the same price. Then offered a discount that wasn't even half the difference in price. Then made it my responsibility to return the wine. It's weeks later and still no refund. Grade: F

The irony is that I paid for "insurance" of $8.95 for up to $300 - just enough to cover the purchase. Tried to contact them, no response. Going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away!

Wine Quality Preservation Timely shipping. Upon receiving the wine I notice it had been kept cold throughout its 9-day journey to my residence. This made me aware that the wine's quality had been well preserved which is my major concern regarding wine shipment. In addition, they require you to purchase shipping insurance to protect the product which I didn't mind doing.
