GBOrdered and paid for three bottles Ordered and paid for three bottles. Got two, one was almost empty. The irony is that I paid for "insurance" of $8.95 for up to $300 - just enough to cover the purchase. Tried to contact them, no response. Going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away!

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience. Wine chateau send me the wrong Pinot Noir but charged me for the more expensive vintage. They initially tried to get me to keep the cheaper wine for the same price. Then offered a discount that wasn't even half the difference in price. Then made it my responsibility to return the wine. It's weeks later and still no refund. Grade: F

GBAwful experience Awful experience. placed an order 6 days ago, it still hasn't been shipped and MAYBE, just MAYBE they will be able to receive the item from their supplier in 3 days from now and THEN ship it. In addition to this, the company is forcing you to install a Shop app on your phone (to track the order) that spies on your personal emails. Absolutely horrible shopping experience. First and last time I used them.
