GBI ordered three bottles I ordered three bottles, and was initially a little put off to receive two messages offering a discount on a fourth bottle. But when I spoke to the rep on the phone and explained why I could not buy a fourth bottle at this time -- and he explained it's just that the shipping packages fit four bottles (for the same shipping price), and so they try to ship them full -- my three-bottle order shipped out immediately. I really appreciated his friendly understanding, and the wine arrived promptly. I've only had one of the wines so far, but it was great!

GBService issues Initial order took more than a week before any action. They then told me the 2016 vintage I ordered was not available, but offered two later vintages. I finally accepted for eight 2017 bottles and seven 2018 bottles. The packing slip I received showed that, but the box contained ten 2017 bottles and five 2018 bottles. So nothing terrible, but just a little sloppy.

GBNo joy with my lost wine shipment I received an e-mail on November 18, 2022 saying my wine shipment from Italy was on its way by FedEx and a link to a FedEx tracking number. The link showed a FedEx label was created on the same day. Since then no follow-up and the FedEx link now fails I called the phone number listed and it was a robo-answer that said they would forward my message to the original shipper. This is very poor customer service. BTW I bought and paid for the wine in June!

GBOrder accepted product not available Placed order online payment was accepted was then told only one bottle of wine out of four was available. Staff was courteous and helpful with email messaging. Eventually a second bottle was located and refund offered. Have not received wine or refund as of yet. Disappointed with the whole process.

GBI placed an online order I placed an online order. They called promptly and offered to arrange an alternative shipment as they did not have available what their website allowed me to order, 12 bottles which I agreed to. New invoice showed 12 bottles to be sent. 9 bottles arrived. They have not returned emails or phone calls regarding missing bottles for two months (can easily verify only 9 were sent by shipping weight if they don't believe me). When I filed a complaint with paypal, they we less than forthcoming about the details. I really hoped they would finish my order that I have paid for, but I feel other consumers should be aware as I would not expect this from a reputable company who truly values its customers. I guess I learned my lesson about ordering certain items on the internet.
