I'll give you 5 stars- but.....initial… I'll give you 5 stars- but.....initial contact was courteous, but- 2 voicemails were unanswered, and though wine finally arrived late not due to VINOvations fault (UPS delivery date was changed due to a late truck) I finally got my wine.

The wine was very exceptional!! The wine was very exceptional and bottles were beautiful with the laser etching. Everyone was very pleased with the gift and it’s definitely made a statement once it was revealed. Easy way to promote a business and it’s a guaranteed the Customers will open the bottle. Thank you Vinovations for helping Seacrest County Private School to raise money for the Children and support staff.

Cant remember who I spoke with but the… Cant remember who I spoke with but the service of this place is unbeatable. I ordered from Ny, a sales associate called me personally to ask how I heard about them, then sent me a hand written thank you card recapping our phone conversation. Truly exceptional attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again.

No joy with my lost wine shipment I received an e-mail on November 18, 2022 saying my wine shipment from Italy was on its way by FedEx and a link to a FedEx tracking number. The link showed a FedEx label was created on the same day. Since then no follow-up and the FedEx link now fails I called the phone number listed and it was a robo-answer that said they would forward my message to the original shipper. This is very poor customer service. BTW I bought and paid for the wine in June!

You guys are amazing!!! You guys are amazing! I could not get The Ink Shed wine anywhere as it is extremely hard to come by yet a fantastic Australian wine; however, y'all made it happen and got it shipped to us here to Texas in a timely manner! I will definitely recommend and use y'all again! Thank y'all so much!
