Very fun way to learn about what you like in wine! We got a six bottle monthly subscription as a gift and the experience has been delightful from the beginning. The website is easy to use, the starting quiz was fun, and there are options for every preference. The wine came quickly and was elegantly packaged with useful info included for each bottle. When we ended up with a bottle we didn’t like, (we expected that they wouldn’t all be wins, and we didn’t complain, we just rated it lowly on the app), we even got a (totally unexpected) personalized response from customer service letting us know what would change in the future to match our tastes better. Overall would highly recommend! It’s a very fun and accessible way to learn more about what you like in a wine.

Suspicious I received my first box today and I was initially very pleased by how nicely packaged it was. The bottles were nicely presented and very well protected. However... I tasted three of the six wines with my family and they taste suspiciously similar. I feel scammed. It seems they bottle the wines themselves and then just use the different stickers to brand them differently, but it's quite strange for wine to taste so similar and have the exact same color. I have a decent selection of whites and there are clear variations in the depth of their golden tones, except for the 5 (6th bottle was a Rosé) I received from Bright Cellars that look just identical. What's going on?

Mediocre wine, bad support, and deceptive business practices * I didn’t receive an email about the order five days before it processed. * They sent an order confirmation email on Tuesday April 15 at 4:11 a.m., while I was sleeping. * I replied to cancel the order and the subscription on April 15 at 6:47 a.m., as soon as I woke up and saw the order confirmation email. * Their policy says, “If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time,” but their representative contradicted the subscription policy in our email thread and said, “…we are unable to cancel it at this time.” * Their subscription policy says, “ Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there,” the link took me to my order, but there was nothing on the page to cancel the order or the subscription “from there.” * The first order was average wine and only a reasonable price because of the introduction.

No heads up given a delivery is on its… No heads up given a delivery is on its way. I was not given reminder that would allow me to cancel the "order" which is not an order because I did not physically put in for it. When I reached out just 3 hours after a text message from 3am - I got a lot of love and hugs and the superficial excuse that: "I do see that your order has already been processed and due to an update on our terms and conditions, we are unable to cancel your order. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused! 😓" Its not inconvenient - it is robbery! Im out 220$ for a product I don't want.

What a wonderful wine club! What a wonderful wine club! I have been a member for years, and have yet to have a bad bottle. Their creativity is so welcome; their customer service is truly first rate. Thank you, Bright Cellars, for upping your game constantly!
