Outstanding Customer Service Wow!!! I ordered a vintage bottle of port online mid-afternoon on Christmas Day and within thirty minutes received an email reply from Ben. He wanted to know my shipping preference. I was trying to get delivery in time for a party on the 27th, but thought that might be impossible due to the Christmas holidays. Au contraire. Ben emailed me again at 8:30 PM Christmas evening to confirm shipping costs, then arranged overnight Fed Ex delivery and I received my port the next day. I could not have asked for more, but if I had, I believe Ben would have somehow found a way to comply.

Fantastic Professionalism I was introduced to Ben through my professional wine storage facility and he helped me move some inventory of some cult CA Cabernets that I'd been fortunate enough to buy direct but are not my first love. I appreciate the communication in… I appreciate the communication in regards to the shipment. The weather was hot, but was able to secure the wine and make it at the appropriate temp with in time before the wine had a turned. This was the first time I ordered from cellaraiders.
