Ordered a gift card that never arrived Ordered a gift card that never arrived. They then said they "emailed" it even though the original order stated an adult signature was required by Fedex.. Email never arrived two weeks later.. I asked for a refund and they said there were no refunds on gift cards.. I explained I never received the gift card so I was only asking for a refund for something I never received. Despite repeated back and forth, they expressed their final position that I would never get a refund. BTW, they could not prove they ever emailed it. 100 dollar rip off

Win.com are 100% reliable- they have informed me if there is a possible problem with damaged labels or leaking corks. In short, i know i am in safe hands. Why buy from anyone else?

Shipping issue The program kept rejecting shipping dates. I got it worked out, but only after Chatting with customer service, which wasn't available at the time (late in the evening) I first tried to place the order.
