Membership feel without the commitment I really appreciate being able to set up a wine membership gift for someone without having to commit to a monthly membership fee. It was appreciated to pay one full price but get the monthly frequency arranged. I don’t have to track canceling or get added fees this way. I think the website mobile experience could improve. I had a hard time getting through the pages because it didn’t cooperate as easy as it could have. Other than that, I hope the wine is well received as this is a gift. So I can’t review that part yet!

WOMC knock it outta the park. WOMC went above and beyond to insure my gifts arrived on time. Fedex never delivered my order but showed it being signed for misspelling my name. I texted WOMC who expedited replacements so I would get them in time and shipped to my office where I was sure to receive it. I'm very impressed with how they handled the situation and how quickly. Everyone I've given the wine or port gifts to have loved them and were extremely happy to have received such a unique and satisfying gift. I highly recommend WOMC for personal and professional wine/port gifts. 10 Stars, not 5.

Bad communication Bad communication. very hard to get responses and follow ups. was not a good idea to use this service for a wedding gift.

Customer service very helpful with several questions not made clear on the online terms and conditions… I had to call to ask a question about a one-time gift. Your customer service rep was very helpful. I suggest you make you terms and conditions a little more clear for "one-time gift givers." Also, in trying to keep this as a secret, I had to make a call. Again, customer service rep came through with helpful instructions.

Wouldn’t let me put wine ito my cart… Wouldn’t let me put wine ito my cart individuality unless there was a quantity number under it? Rejected my first try at a purchase? Put in same info and it worked? I have to send mine to the ABC local State liquor store to pay the taxes. Crazy law.
