GBFrootbat Values it's customers.... I was fairly disappointed when frootbat requested I leave feedback for a purchase they never shipped. The order was assigned a fedex tracking # but never picked up by the carrier. I contacted their customer service and received an immediate response from a real person. They apologized for the mistake and assured me the product would ship immediately. I received additional communications from frootbat and my order shipped quickly. It's nice to see a modern company that values customer service.

I must say, I was pleasantly impressed with their selection, pricing, communications and speed of shipping. When my first order arrived, the packaging itself amazed me. GBBate and Switch. Don't use them! I ordered directly from them 2 weeks ago and never received the order. Only after 4 emails and 2 weeks did they respond that I would not get the product because "the price or product information displayed is incorrect." Shady.
