A Smooth Experience and Delightful Selections My experience shopping with Wineadore was incredibly smooth, from browsing their selection online to receiving the bottles. And let's not forget how tasty the wines were! I appreciated the detailed descriptions of each wine, along with their ratings. They really helped me decide which ones to choose. The delivery process was efficient and considerate. I placed my order on a Sunday morning and received it the very next day. I want to give a special thanks to the customer service team for confirming the delivery beforehand. I enjoyed the organic wine I tried—it was fantastic! Very poor. Think twice. Food was excellent unfortunately the service was abysmal bordering embarrassing for a ‘wine event’. Example took 30 minutes and 5 asks to staff for the ‘welcome’ drink and had eaten before the drink even came - it was wine which requires to be poured. The wine we were pushed to pre-order didn’t arrive and we had to ask 3 times. This was about 40 minutes after arriving we finally had it. No pouring just ‘here is your bottle’. No interaction from hosts and seemed to be focused on the same people instead of welcoming all. The venue was crazy hot, no AC or fans anywhere near our table. Made for a very uncomfortable evening - all 4 of us left early. Wine was drank fast so we could leave earlier so would give that a 7/10 rating. Won’t attend another event and will be sharing with wide Expat community to beware and think twice before considering an event like this.
