Very poor. Think twice. Food was excellent unfortunately the service was abysmal bordering embarrassing for a ‘wine event’. Example took 30 minutes and 5 asks to staff for the ‘welcome’ drink and had eaten before the drink even came - it was wine which requires to be poured. The wine we were pushed to pre-order didn’t arrive and we had to ask 3 times. This was about 40 minutes after arriving we finally had it. No pouring just ‘here is your bottle’. No interaction from hosts and seemed to be focused on the same people instead of welcoming all. The venue was crazy hot, no AC or fans anywhere near our table. Made for a very uncomfortable evening - all 4 of us left early. Wine was drank fast so we could leave earlier so would give that a 7/10 rating. Won’t attend another event and will be sharing with wide Expat community to beware and think twice before considering an event like this.

Great Customer Experience And Variety Great customer service experience and they take time to explain where the wine is from as well as the taste profiles. They do not just recommend the expensive wines to you. Delivery is fairly quick, usually next day service. Wines are packed in thick presentable carton boxes so it can also be sent as a gift. I do feel that for own consumption the good carton boxes would go to waste but they assure me that if I order from them again their drivers can pick up the carton boxes for recycling. A plus in my books if you would like to explore portuguese wines!

Great wines but iffy website Great wines, great service, nice people. But one complaint is there is something fishy about the website which causes my antivirus to flag it up as a dangerous site on some of my computers, and I am unable to make purchases through those computers.
