Totally disappointed Totally disappointed. I ordered for my sons 21st birthday 5 days prior to the date. I got the email saying it would be delivered on my specified date and low and behold it is not being delivered today as promised. So now no cake for my son while he is at college.

Just in Time, and Delicious! 1-800-Bakery has just earned another satisfied customer. This A+ BBB rated company delivered a clutch performance. I had a company-wide event to push a safety initiative and we wanted to go outside the norm and add cookies for each attendee. We had a tight deadline, but after researching other companies, and seeing their product samples showcasing well-known companies, we placed an order for 300 individually wrapped butter shortbread cookies with a custom logo - and they delivered with hours to spare. Next year, we will plan further in advance so not to place undue pressure – even though they’ve proven they can work well under the confines of a tight deadline.

i ordered something to be delivered on… i ordered something to be delivered on a specific date, it was apparently a work holiday, but no notification was given that it would not be delivered on time. they assumed the next business day would be fine, but it was not. i had to call and reschedule delivery. still have not gotten a confirmation email of the delivery date change

EXCELLENT BAKED GOODS The 2 times that I ordered from 1 (800) BAKERY were excellent! They arrived on the date that was stated and tasted delicious! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to send home baked treats to friends who live far away! Thanks for your excellent service!!!!

Although I had a problem with the cake… Although I had a problem with the cake being delivered to the right place (at college campus) and it was broken the fact that I received my full refund makes me happy and able to trust chef Steve. I will def want to try ordering again with them maybe cookies next time. Lol I am giving them 4 stars for refunding me the cost of cake and shipping.
