Sooo good! Sooo good! Purchased this for my mom's birthday, she's diabetic. We loved it! the only thing strange is it doesn't really have a gram cracker crust or anything, but still tastes great! Shipping was efficient and timely. Will order again for other occasions.

Ridiculous Shipping! - Cost More Than The Cake! Folks, I googled this bakery and set up an account because I was looking for my favorite cake for Christmas - A Black Forest Cake w/ cherries, etc. I was excited to place my order for the $48.00 cake, but, I was absolutely SHOCKED at the $54.00 shipping charge!!!......$54.00 to ship a cake to Virginia??...........Are you kidding?......That is more than what the cake cost!! Luckily, I did not hit the "continue" button for the order, but having a "first-time" customer gouged with a ridiculous $54.00 shipping charge for a $48.00 cake is NOT a good first impression....... I will NEVER use this rip-off site and I do NOT recommend it for anyone else either!!

Amazingly Good! The sugar free truffle cheesecake was, by all reports, delicious! Just be aware that the artificial sweetener should be eaten in moderation since it can upset stomachs a bit. Diane, the woman I spoke with, was very warm and helpful, and I hope she is the one who helps you. 'I tried calling to place my order on a Monday, but couldn't reach anyone. That concerned me. I got through on Tuesday, and all was well. However, their phone systems need revising, since you call, get the routing recording, and despite hitting the desired extension, it reverts to the routing recording. Just a bit frustrating, especially if you have to call several times.

Just in Time, and Delicious! 1-800-Bakery has just earned another satisfied customer. This A+ BBB rated company delivered a clutch performance. I had a company-wide event to push a safety initiative and we wanted to go outside the norm and add cookies for each attendee. We had a tight deadline, but after researching other companies, and seeing their product samples showcasing well-known companies, we placed an order for 300 individually wrapped butter shortbread cookies with a custom logo - and they delivered with hours to spare. Next year, we will plan further in advance so not to place undue pressure – even though they’ve proven they can work well under the confines of a tight deadline.

Awesome coffee cake and great service My Mother’s Birthday was on July 5th. She’s not a fan of traditional birthday cakes. She was due to be traveling on her birthday so I scheduled delivery of the cinnamon walnut coffee cake on the 9th after she returned home. Then she changed her plans. With only two days notice, 1-800-Bakery.com was able to change delivery to the 5th. As for the coffee cake, it was the best we ever ate. It was well packaged. It came with a birthday kit that included some decorations and napkins to go with the cake. Well worth the money.
