GBI am satisfied with money gram in terms… I am satisfied with money gram in terms of your market is better than western union and others. Also the services is fast. One thing is you change the way people's name should be written. This confuse many customers. Allow people to write their names as it appears on their identity.

GBAwful experience- the system doesn’t… Awful experience- the system doesn’t allow to receive more than £800 but not the sender or the recipient get given this information!! One week later and countless wasted hours in different collection points/ post offices and unable to receive the money!!! Spoke with money gram too and they are unable to do nothing!! Worst that western union and we are still out of pocket!!! DO NOT USE
