One thing is you change the way people's name should be written. This confuse many customers. Allow people to write their names as it appears on their identity.

GBThe app is very easy to use The app is very easy to use. But my sister have one issue. She can not setup her account after her first try to account her account and forgot the credentials later on. I want to request for an easy way to recover a forgotten account or help link to help solve the issue. Until now she can not create her account.

GBDisrespectful and poor customer service Customer service is very poor. Money was taken twice from my account for the same transaction. When I complained to them with evidence I was waved away. I contacted my bank and the refund was made on evidence. MoneyGram blocked my account after the poor service by their staff. They do not listen to customers neither communicate in a respectful manner. Super bad service

GBAwful experience- the system doesn’t… Awful experience- the system doesn’t allow to receive more than £800 but not the sender or the recipient get given this information!! One week later and countless wasted hours in different collection points/ post offices and unable to receive the money!!! Spoke with money gram too and they are unable to do nothing!! Worst that western union and we are still out of pocket!!! DO NOT USE
