GBAwful experience- the system doesn’t… Awful experience- the system doesn’t allow to receive more than £800 but not the sender or the recipient get given this information!! One week later and countless wasted hours in different collection points/ post offices and unable to receive the money!!! Spoke with money gram too and they are unable to do nothing!! Worst that western union and we are still out of pocket!!! DO NOT USE

GBMy remittances to friends in Morocco My remittances to friends in Morocco; I cannot fault at all. Service is quite excellent. I have sent one to my brother in Ghana. I keep asking him why he has not picked up. He keeps saying he will be going to pick up. I think some official at the Moneygram office, hoping to be bribed, has said something to turn him off badly. I will ask him again.

GBDisrespectful and poor customer service Customer service is very poor. Money was taken twice from my account for the same transaction. When I complained to them with evidence I was waved away. I contacted my bank and the refund was made on evidence. MoneyGram blocked my account after the poor service by their staff. They do not listen to customers neither communicate in a respectful manner. Super bad service
