Bifties is my new "go-to" gift spot I received a Bifties gift from a dear friend last year and LOVED it! I'd not heard of Bifties until then, and I knew the moment I opened the box that I would be sending Bifties to friends. I've done just that. Every gift has been well received, and the ease of ordering online and having the gift delivered speedily is one of the best features of Bifties. The high quality packaging and supporting Black-owned businesses is a winning combination. I applaud the founders for this creative gift experience that is affirming and uplifting for everyone, but uniquely so for us Black folks!

Excellent all around I recently hosted a conference for professional women of color. I ordered bifty boxes as welcome gifts for the attendees. The expressions on their faces as they opened their boxes were priceless. The boxes were beautifully curated and the items were placed in with so much care. The boxes arrived fully assembled, and they smelled amazing. One of the boxes got damaged during shipping (no fault of the company), but Constance was incredible. She shipped me brand new boxes to replace the damaged boxes and made sure they arrived in time for the event. The customer service and responsiveness was second to none. Thank you so much for making my event extra special.

I purchased this gift box for my sister… I purchased this gift box for my sister as of today I haven't given it to her yet, however the box is beautiful. When I went to the website picking the items were seamless. The website is very user friendly. I love the variety of items on the site and I'm so excited bto give this to my sister for her birthday! I also love the touch of the card it wasn't printed it was handwritten!!!! Thank you so much Bifties!

Amazing all the way through! The process for getting our Bift's out was amazing. Constance stayed in touch, gave updates and was great every step of the way. Our staff loved everything! We will definitely be using Bifties again.

I was pleasantly pleased with my order I was pleasantly pleased with my order. Not only did my gift box arrive before expected, but it also pleased the eye. The box was too pretty to open. I loved the contents, too. The order was missing one item; however, Courtney responded promptly and addressed my concern professionally. My missing item is set to arrive today. Situations happen when preparing boxes; that is expected, but excellent customer service goes a long way. I am giving Bifties a well-deserved 5-star review! I would definitely recommend Bifties.
