Beautiful Gift Box I purchased a gift box for a friend and she simply loved it. She love the content and the fact that all items were from Black Owned Business. I also made a minor mistake when placing the order and Bifties owner was very helpful in resolving the issue. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Mixed review The love the product I received. I was disappointed that most of the products I initially wanted to purchase were not available. While I requested to be notified when items were restocked, the items were not restocked when I returned to the site a month later.

Customer service was responsive, informative, quickly followed up with me. The item I initially wanted was out of stock but I was offered an email notification to inform me when the item was in stock again. Once the Item was in stock I was notified. When placing the order, I emailed Customer Service with a question and received a response within 24 hours. Quicker than I expected. I placed my order and the item was at my house before I had a chance to track the item and wonder when it would be received. The service and item ordered were great.
