GBI am also struggling to make a contract… I am also struggling to make a contract with AT Cross UK, I tried Sales Person's direct mobile, office line, and series of e-mails to the sales. No luck. I read the comment below so I will try to call in American hours, which is evening time in UK, I guess. We sent a PO, but no acknowledgement, no communication from January! I have been trying over 6 weeks. What is actually going on???

GBTerrible service - usual old excuses Terrible service - ordered a pen and pencil set for my sons graduation. Still hasn't arrived. Emailed, Customer services told me they had delays due to Covid (usual excuse, how come is other companies including those shipping internationally are coping, no issue in taking your order or cash) and some new systems issues. Advised packing slip and dispatch note was now printed and in warehouse - still waiting two weeks later. Pathetic... all in all 6+ weeks to get a pen and pencil set that 'was in stock' Won't be buying from them again. Sad used to be a fantastic company.

GBTerrible Customer Service I ordered an engraved pen 30 days ago and my order status has not changed nor have I been given an update. I understand covid delays but just want an estimate or update at this point and cannot get any kind of response. I have tried calling several times only to wait on hold and be hung up on once a representative finally answers. My email inquires have gone unanswered. I have disputed the charge with my bank and will never order from this company again.

GBNo Customer Value Placed order 21st October, heard nothing for over 9 days so emailed customer service - no response. Several emails later, still no response!! Was hoping to have shipment by now (11th Nov) so I could give as a gift but its hopeless. No contact number to call either, possibly the worst customer service indeed.
