No Customer Value Placed order 21st October, heard nothing for over 9 days so emailed customer service - no response. Several emails later, still no response!! Was hoping to have shipment by now (11th Nov) so I could give as a gift but its hopeless. No contact number to call either, possibly the worst customer service indeed.

Ordered 2 pens at totalling £94 Ordered 2 pens at totalling £94, on 20 August despite several chaser emails and 1 webchat query raised - that advise you they will return back to you within 24 hours, 3 days later no reply. I should have stuck with Waterman, would have had better service. Disgusting customer service attitude, so going to bank to cancel payment. they can stuff their pens! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!! Go to Pen Heaven instead, same pens, but cheaper AND retailer has 4.8 trust pilot reviews.

I orderd Cross Classic Century… I orderd Cross Classic Century Collection for Scuderia Ferrari Matte Rosso Corsa Red Lacquer Fountain Pen.SKU: FR0086-117FS.I returned my order on october 12 2020, two days after receiving. Didn't receive the refund so far. I called customer care many times. No one lifts the call. More over i send many emails. Still no response. I really really wonder how Ferrari had tie up with this company. Zero customer value in Cross.

Terrible Customer Service I ordered an engraved pen 30 days ago and my order status has not changed nor have I been given an update. I understand covid delays but just want an estimate or update at this point and cannot get any kind of response. I have tried calling several times only to wait on hold and be hung up on once a representative finally answers. My email inquires have gone unanswered. I have disputed the charge with my bank and will never order from this company again.

Very poor customer service Similar to many others. I had a Cross pen (birthday present), which after 6 months it went faulty. I used the lifetime warranty facility and sent the pen back using recorded delivery. The pen was signed for by Cross in Sept 2023 and since that time the pen has been with Cross. I have emailed Cross multiple times, with various responses about waiting a bit longer, relocation of the offices needing more time. In recent weeks Cross have stopped responding. One of the reasons for the purchase from Cross was the lifetime warranty (a gift you will be able use throughout your life). I would not buy a Cross pen again, and I feel let down by the poor customer service of Cross.
