GBTerrible service - usual old excuses Terrible service - ordered a pen and pencil set for my sons graduation. Still hasn't arrived. Emailed, Customer services told me they had delays due to Covid (usual excuse, how come is other companies including those shipping internationally are coping, no issue in taking your order or cash) and some new systems issues. Advised packing slip and dispatch note was now printed and in warehouse - still waiting two weeks later. Pathetic... all in all 6+ weeks to get a pen and pencil set that 'was in stock' Won't be buying from them again. Sad used to be a fantastic company.

GBOrdered 2 pens at totalling £94 Ordered 2 pens at totalling £94, on 20 August despite several chaser emails and 1 webchat query raised - that advise you they will return back to you within 24 hours, 3 days later no reply. I should have stuck with Waterman, would have had better service. Disgusting customer service attitude, so going to bank to cancel payment. they can stuff their pens! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!! Go to Pen Heaven instead, same pens, but cheaper AND retailer has 4.8 trust pilot reviews.

FRuntrustworthy company, avoid buying their products I passed on order on the website on March 13th. Money was taken from my bank account two days later. Since that day, nothing has changed. My order is still "in process" on the website. I have called several times the customer service. I only speak to someone once and the person told me, “we will look what happened, my manager will send you an email with explanations today”... I am still waiting. I also asked a friend of mine living in the UK for her help. She phones the customer service almost every day, and she can neither talk to someone, the answering machine message say “office is closed” Avoid this company, they are not trustworthy

DEDelivery time of 4.5 weeks + no response from customer service + unannounced customs fees of €42.14 I am absolutely disappointed and really shocked by the extremely poor service from your company!!! I ordered and paid for a pen on 18 March with the promise that it would be delivered within 5-7 days. After 7 days I checked the order status with your customer service on 26 March and was told that the pen would be dispatched shortly (next Thursday). The pen still hasn't arrived and I have sent three more emails to the customer services - 02 April , 07 April and 11 April - WITHOUT receiving a reply. The pen was delivered on 19 April. Almost 5 weeks after ordering... I have not received any information from Cross about the delivery. The Highlight: I only received the parcel after I had to pay €42.14 customs duty (i live in germany)!!!! It is unbelievably cheeky to simply pass these costs on to the customer without informing them in advance. I would NEVER have placed an order under these circumstances!

GBI orderd Cross Classic Century… I orderd Cross Classic Century Collection for Scuderia Ferrari Matte Rosso Corsa Red Lacquer Fountain Pen.SKU: FR0086-117FS.I returned my order on october 12 2020, two days after receiving. Didn't receive the refund so far. I called customer care many times. No one lifts the call. More over i send many emails. Still no response. I really really wonder how Ferrari had tie up with this company. Zero customer value in Cross.
