GBImmoral, Unethical, and Infuriating Their business practice should honestly be illegal. It's unethical at best, and infuriating to deal with. Their customer service/"account management" team keeps rotating account managers without notifying me, so I've had to deal with multiple people on multiple occasions. I haven't gotten a single quality lead from this platform. Every single one of them is unresponsive, and I have received several spam inquiries of people trying to fish and scam for information. TheKnot/WeddingPro/WeddingWire refuses to let me cancel or provide a refund. I will NEVER trust this company or hire them for ANY services EVER again.

GBTo anyone using this app warn your… To anyone using this app warn your guests NOT to book a hotel through them. Ended up costing me over $250 more for 2 nights through The Knot then if I booked it direct through the hotel. And no recourse as the cancelation policy which is unclear at best during booking (says cancelation may involve penalty) is a penalty of one nights fee.

GBJust a number and a dollar sign to WeddingPro! The Knot used to be the the best advertising for my business, ever since they merged with WeddingWire, they’ve went from being personable, making us advertisers feel valued, and genuine. To money driven. I’ve never felt more like a number! I gave them enough of a chance thinking it was growing pains but I am DONE! Update: The Knot responded and instead of addressing any of my concerns. They sent a generic response (possibly even a bot??) this furthers proves my concerns. They went from a personal relationship to treating us vendors like another number/ dollar sign.

GBFraudulent hotel information provided I went to my niece's website on The Knot to make a hotel reservation. A block of rooms had been reserved at a discount. I was directed to a phone number that connected me NOT to the hotel, but to an Expedia agent who misrepresented that she was with the hotel and was providing me the discounted rate. She was not. $1200 later for two nights, when I realized that I did not receive the discount, i cancelled the reservation. I only received a refund for 1/2. although the hotel had placed their information correctly Expedia had changed the contact information on The Knot. Don't use them!

AULooks for a website for your wedding? Keep searching! We used theknot as a website platform for guests to get info about our wedding and to RSVP. From the guests perspective it is a relatively nice platform. From the couples perspective it’s a shocking interface. Far from easy to navigate, crappy to use on a mobile device and generally not user friendly. Also the accomodation templates page uses some American booking site which makes it super confusing for guests trying to book accom via our website. Would not suggest using it if your outside the US. I mean I wouldn’t recommend the knot in general anyway.
