GBAvoid this company at all costs… I ordered £29.99 worth of Christmas ornaments from this company. They were delivered by every courier company and left on the doorstep subsequently stolen. As you can probably guess sorting this out has been impossible. The company will not send replacement goods or offer a refund. The system to claim back through the courier company simply does not exist for me the customer! I have requested their UK contact address to file a small claim against them… And they won’t give me that UK contact address! If anybody knows it reading this review please could you send it to me? Thanks for your help! PS do not order anything from this company they are shockingly bad

GBClearly this is there pattern Clearly this is there pattern. My story is almost identical to the others listed. Ordered my item November 25th. My order also has been sitting in LA since December 5th according to JS shipping. Which has no number to contact. I've emailed them daily. I keep getting form letter responses. Now that I've seen there are so many others with the EXACT same scenario I'll be calling my credit card and disputing the charge. What a scam

GBSCAM, ON WEBSITE IT STATED order today and receive by Nov 30-Dec 5th......When I sent an email requesting tracking and confirmation of work, I got back a reply of do not worry you will receive your order AFTER 22 WORKING DAYS......SCAM.....I've filed complaint with paypal

GBAbsolutely appalling company to deal… Absolutely appalling company to deal with and a very poor product supplied. Made the mistake of buying a Christmas decoration they advertised on Instagram and what arrived was a piece of one dimensional printed plastic, all the way from......you guessed it, China. This rubbish cost £15.00. PayPal are refunding. Avoid any dealing with Jonxifon, they're Chinese scammers. EDIT. See reply below. I've been trying to get a refund since November and was asked to send the £15 item back to China at a cost of £17. Now I've shared this publicly they're desperate to help? I reiterate, don't fall for the advertising, you will be disappointed. Edit. 2nd February. Was emailed by the company, who asked me if there was any way to persuade me to remove this review. They were told I wanted a full refund and I've heard nothing since.

GBI am so disappointed I am so disappointed, as the personalized mat that I ordered for my sister on 11/23/24 still hasn’t arrived.Tracking indicates that the mat has been at LAX since 12/5. As I can’t locate a US number and I’m not calling China, I’ve emailed JonxiFon 4 days in a row and I haven’t received a call or return text. I’ll dispute the charges and try to find my sister another Christmas gift in the few days that are left.
