GBAbsolutely dreadful Absolutely dreadful. I got a Christmas personalised lantern. The item arrived with the switch broken only for them to send me a video showing me how to fix it myself. I do not expect to receive something and then be told and I quote “in fact you are wrong it isn’t broken”. A switch should be securely fixed and not fall off. The personalised picture is so small that you can’t even read the names. I am now getting no reply from the company due to them obviously realising they are wrong but not wanting to refund. I also waiting a month for it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIE COMPANY! Absolutely dreadful

GBIf you are Christmas shopping for the… Update Feb 18 2024 So, the pajamas that I ordered on November 1 for Christmas have now arrived today. The positive portion is that the pajamas were of very good quality. I ended up giving them to my children and telling them it was a delayed Valentines gift. I will say that the people at this company were very humble and respectful, and were willing to give me a discount and then later refund me my money so, I will give them Credit for where credit is due. They do have a good product. All I can suggest at this point is to order the product well in advance in order to get. What you were looking for in a timely manner. It is unfortunate that it took four months for me to receive my products but, I am pleased with what I received. If you are Christmas shopping for the year 2026 - ORDER NOW ordered a product with them and spent almost $400 it’s ALL I had this year to buy gifts for my family so I bought each person personalized pajama and my kids Christmas bags. Website said would arrive before Christmas (I ordered beginning of Nov so there was plenty of time) after days of emailing finally they stated my product would arrive but not till Dec 27. SO I did get the bags one day before Christmas but TO THIS DAY JANUARY 23 2024 THE PAJAMAS NEVER ARRIVED. I had NOTHING to give everyone in Christmas - So on Christmas morning I told everyone “sorry your gift is delayed, I had some personalized pajamas made for you and they’ll be here on the 27th… so I look like a liar because clearly they never even made them and sent them/ tracking says it was in Chicago and interestingly- when I reached out to USPS they only ever printed a label and no package received …. yep they did the whole 30% off at first and finally after a month refunded my money but clearly they never even sent the product in the first place. Ruined my whole holiday …. The other day my daughter asked where her personalized pajamas were “didn’t you say you ordered us some?” - how embarrassing .

GBI am so disappointed I am so disappointed, as the personalized mat that I ordered for my sister on 11/23/24 still hasn’t arrived.Tracking indicates that the mat has been at LAX since 12/5. As I can’t locate a US number and I’m not calling China, I’ve emailed JonxiFon 4 days in a row and I haven’t received a call or return text. I’ll dispute the charges and try to find my sister another Christmas gift in the few days that are left.

GBPleased with service but slightly disappointed in product Pleased with service. A little disappointed in the product. I was expecting my dog’s picture on both sides of the mailbox cover and the color was a little off.
