Top notch service, parts and expertise Excellent customer service! These are the experts with soft serve parts and service knowledge! They know the quality part you need and guide you in resolving your repair issue with dedication to your soft serve business parts and machine needs. Recently I had a machine part that broke. Called late in my day in KY (thankfully earlier in their day in NV). Part shipped out overnight and I received next day by noon to help me make a large event for which I'd already paid vendor fees! Consider them my super heros for sure!!
