They know the quality part you need and guide you in resolving your repair issue with dedication to your soft serve business parts and machine needs. Recently I had a machine part that broke. Called late in my day in KY (thankfully earlier in their day in NV). Part shipped out overnight and I received next day by noon to help me make a large event for which I'd already paid vendor fees! Consider them my super heros for sure!!

GBShipped the wrong part Shipped the wrong part, but quickly fixed the issue when I called. They sent the part even before I returned the wrong ones. I tried contacting them by sending a message via their website. No response for days. I finally just called them.
