GBExcellent Gift, great experience I would definitely order again and would recommend Regal Pawtraits to anyone looking for a unique personal gift. I ordered a portrait of our family dog as a gift for my mom. Molly was a member of the family for 14 years, and being able to celebrate her in royal portrait style makes us smile every time we see it. Ordering was easy and the portrait looks great. It really looks like it belongs in a fine art museum, rather than on our wall.

Updated review: We had a few technical issues that resulted in longer than usual response times but once we cleared that up, Sofia was nothing but professional and made sure to keep up with communication and that we received our order on time. Portrait was great and my inlaws really loved it and got a kick out of it. Thanks.

GBSent few emails Sent few emails. Respond time took months. By the time they got back to me. I forgot what my issue was. I had to look back in my emails. I just wanted a digital copy of what I ordered without the watermarks. I ended up just using AI to remove it. A very simple request that they never addressed. Now that I think of it, im sure you can use AI to accomplish what this site provides lol. Don’t go with this site. If I were to order again I would definitely use “crown and paw” instead. They were much better and actually provided you with a digital portrait you can save to your images.

GBTerrible service Terrible service. Completely disappointed. Ordered on the 2nd of December to ensure I got my order in time for Christmas as it was a gift. When checking the tracking info after it didnt arrive, it stated that apparently delivery had been attempted. I can assure that no deliveries were attempted at my address. Emailed and confirmed they had correct address as requested, which they did. Never heard another thing. After around 7 emails chasing a response and also Facebook messages never heard a word! Absolute disgraceful. Stealing peoples hard earnt money. Devastated!

GBI’m so disappointed with this company I’m so disappointed with this company. The day after I had approved the proof, I realized my picture was missing the crown. It is a Queen picture. I emailed, I called, I texted over and over and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. I was willing to pay more to add the crown, but again NO ONE CONTACTED ME. This “was” a very special gift, and I’m truly heartbroken this company made no attempt to help me.
