Also tried the customer service number but with them on UK time, I was way past open hours. Will have to wake early to make another call. Also found my emails to customer service were sent back as undeliverable.

It's a really great gift for someone who really likes geography and world trivia, and it's a nice gift that gives them something to do for a few weeks (or in a few hours if they want to do it all in one go!). 100% not recommend I ordered 2 weeks ahead of their December 6th deadline where they guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Butler and Hill sent me an email saying my package had shipped December 10th; however, it then sat in pre-shipment for 10 days. The company only provided the package to USPS today (December 20th), after the deadline for priority mail to arrive by Christmas. Would never order from this company again if they can't hold up their end of the bargain. Shipping may be delayed right now, but the fault was all on their end in not getting the product to the shipper on time. Update: let the record show I did attempt to contact the company twice using an email (undeliverable) and the inquiry page they linked in their response. Both unanswered
