GBHoping my puzzle will actually arrive⦠Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive before Xmas. Tracking info sent 19 days ago still shows the package is awaiting pick up from the original source location. Also tried the customer service number but with them on UK time, I was way past open hours. Will have to wake early to make another call. Also found my emails to customer service were sent back as undeliverable.

GBCrossworld in Colour We received this crossworld map earlier than expected and it has been great so far! It's a really great gift for someone who really likes geography and world trivia, and it's a nice gift that gives them something to do for a few weeks (or in a few hours if they want to do it all in one go!). The quality of the map is great as well - no smudging or erasing as we completed items that were right next to one another.

GBI ordered two personalized puzzles I ordered two personalized puzzles. Both arrived as scheduled. I am still at work after two days fitting the pieces of my neighborhood map together. With the pandemic still raging in my region, the map puzzle is my best option to explore the neighborhood.

GB100% not recommend I ordered 2 weeks ahead of their December 6th deadline where they guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Butler and Hill sent me an email saying my package had shipped December 10th; however, it then sat in pre-shipment for 10 days. The company only provided the package to USPS today (December 20th), after the deadline for priority mail to arrive by Christmas. Would never order from this company again if they can't hold up their end of the bargain. Shipping may be delayed right now, but the fault was all on their end in not getting the product to the shipper on time. Update: let the record show I did attempt to contact the company twice using an email (undeliverable) and the inquiry page they linked in their response. Both unanswered
