GBI ordered two personalized puzzles I ordered two personalized puzzles. Both arrived as scheduled. I am still at work after two days fitting the pieces of my neighborhood map together. With the pandemic still raging in my region, the map puzzle is my best option to explore the neighborhood.

GBNot what I expected My granddaughter lives one block from San Rafael Bay so half of the puzzle is water which is just a big blue sameness. I think that more of the city could have been shown so that streets and highways and other landmarks would create a learning experience, It is still in the box. The refund on the shipping charges added one star.

GBMap does not fit in the frame Ordered a world map pinboard. Islands and text are cut off near the frame. Poor framing job, but support insists this is not a fault. Due to the large size, it needs to be returned via courier at my expense

GBAwesome Customer Service They say a man’s character doesn’t get revealed until he faces adversity. The same can be said for a company. There was a problem with my order and it was very time sensitive. I contacted the company and told them the problem with the order and without hesitation or questioning who’s fault it might be they told me they will take care of it and will reprocess my order. The new order arrived in plenty of time and I am extremely satisfied with the service. By the way this was a small dollar amount order but they treated me like it was a huge, huge order. 100% satisfied!

GBNever received Never received. Ordered very early (Nov 8) for Christmas arrival. Checked in with B&H near end of Nov and recommended I check in on Dec 8. On Dec 10, nothing arrived and no change in shipping status. Now, unable to receive from any other supplier in time for Christmas.
