Called in to cancel our service, couldn't cancel our service Called in to cancel our service, and after talking to a representative for about one minute was put on hold, and stayed on hold for 24 minutes. After that time was up, they took me off hold and said no one was available and I would be getting a call back later, with no option to just stay on hold

Clarity comes theough once again! I have been a Clarity customer for many years. Today my router went out and I rushed to the closest store ro buy a new one so that we could get back online. Little did I know that this new router wasn't going to play nice with my VoIP phone system. After several hours and master resting every phone, Clarity got me back online so we could get back to business. Thank you ClarityVoice.

Thank you for your patients Been a customer for a few years never any issues. Lately I have been working on a solution for AI that involved my phone lines the AI solution was with another company. I have called Clarity support several times to get phones routed properly etc. They were more than great and patient. Anyway the customer service at the AI company stunk so bad I had to tell them about my Experience with Clarity and how they should be more like them. Canceled service with the AI company and looking for more Solutions from Clarity like I should have done the first time. Thank you Clarity your employees make you shine.

Top Notch Tech Support Tech Support was able to handle my request quickly and even walked me through parts of the website, teaching me how to make some of the changes myself, which I had requested. He was very thorough and explained things so I could understand them.

IT Support is and always has been a joke IT Support is and always has been a joke. They never get it right, and I have to call constantly to repeat myself off what I want. A great example is when I just wanted my phone to ring... The first guy couldn't figure it out, and I asked for a higher up person. That second person said that my extension wasn't activated... #1, why was my extension turned off. I have three main extension to the entire office. #2, why couldn't the first guy figure that out. Seems like pretty basic procedure/trouble shooting to me.
