GBAJ IS AMAZING!!! AJ IS AMAZING!!!! I'm still learning all about call center verbiage and he was so patient while I explained and reexplained myself no less than 8 times. We had a lot that needed to get done and he diligently flew threw it, making sure I knew what was happening the whole time and that our intentions were aligned. Give this human a RAISE!

GBIT Support is and always has been a joke IT Support is and always has been a joke. They never get it right, and I have to call constantly to repeat myself off what I want. A great example is when I just wanted my phone to ring... The first guy couldn't figure it out, and I asked for a higher up person. That second person said that my extension wasn't activated... #1, why was my extension turned off. I have three main extension to the entire office. #2, why couldn't the first guy figure that out. Seems like pretty basic procedure/trouble shooting to me.
