I ordered all three at once, and they arrived at the same time just over three weeks from time of order. I am pleased enough that I have ordered three more hats, including a modified version of one of their existing line. After explaining to Chris what I wanted, he said they would have no problem accommodating me. He did a bit of historical research and asked what specification I desired. I was asked for a small amount of additional money to cover the extra materials and labor, and the order is on its way. A great buying experience, and I readily recommend the company and its products to anyone.
