So far I have three winter hats in … So far I have three winter hats in hand, all of which exhibit excellent workmanship and materials. They are true to size, with only slight variation. I ordered all three at once, and they arrived at the same time just over three weeks from time of order. I am pleased enough that I have ordered three more hats, including a modified version of one of their existing line. After explaining to Chris what I wanted, he said they would have no problem accommodating me. He did a bit of historical research and asked what specification I desired. I was asked for a small amount of additional money to cover the extra materials and labor, and the order is on its way. A great buying experience, and I readily recommend the company and its products to anyone.

Another fine product The color is perfect. It is a bit taller than I had anticipated (about 10 1/2 in height), and the circumference is a little wide for my head, but this doesn't matter because I will, as you suggested, tuck it under to wear it, thereby also reducing the height and making it look better on me. The workmanship seems to be of very good quality. We will see how it wears if we get some cold weather this winter. I have been wearing the other hat that I bought from you for several years now and it has shown no sign of wear. I would encourage your workmen to give their final product a good shake out in the future. There were some rather alarming loose tufts of wool that seemed to be falling out of the hat when it arrived, making me a little anxious. I eventually realized that this was probably just loose fur from the manufacturing process. I took it outside and beat it out a bit, getting all the loose wool and dust out of it and now it really shines.

Wonderful hat!! I bought the Ambassador's Hat as a special birthday present for my father (for his 80th birthday) - and he LOVES it. The hat is the best quality and it looks terrific on him. I chose the black hat with earflaps - and he's so happy. Thanks so much for the terrific product and great customer service too (including making sure that all the measurements were right before placing the order).
