GBThe layout of their website lead me to… The layout of their website lead me to believe I could only pay for a gift card using bitcoin. When I sent the payment, I sent 2 transactions which totaled more than i needed to send. They canceled the order saying I underpaid and I can see the funds I sent them sitting in a bitcoin wallet unspent. The customer service phone number didn't work and it takes forever to get a response by email. The agent said they only saw $4 out of $25 I sent, and that they sent my refund request to someone else 4 days ago. Will never use them again

GBReceived $0 card - issue was resolved but took some time I got a good deal on some gift cards; however, one of them was delivered with a $0 balance. I emailed support 3x and they finally responded with the suggestion to open a claim. The typical claim resolution takes 14-21 days which is an absurdly long time. On the 20th day I hadn't heard anything and emailed support to get an update. I got a response within 24 hours stating they confirmed the issue on their end and it would be another 14-21 days for a new card to be issued. This was disappointing to hear, but instead they turned it around within another few hours. Overall happy with the result and will shop again. But disappointed the matter took so long to resolve.

GByou'll pay for gift cards with $0 balance Avoid. I was very very happy with the service until my last bad experience. I've purchased almost $4000 worth of gift cards from this site with no problems until I got a few cards in one of my orders with $0 balance on the giftcard (x3 of $50 Kohl's giftcard). I opened a claim with Ejgiftcard team and the response was "the card balance has been used by the buyer!!!!!" and they reject the claim. This is ridiculous.

GB2 of my 3 Uber gift cards were already used by someone else!! I bought several gift cards since I experimeted with 1 cvs gift card that was good. Thrn I bought 2 more cvs cards, 2 officemax cards and 3 uber cards. The first uber card was good when I entered it in the app, but the next 2 were not good as I got the message that they had been used in another person's account, and thiscwas less than 24 hours after I'd purchased them. So, someone resold these, probably on a different website [or possibly EJ resold them].
