GByou'll pay for gift cards with $0 balance Avoid. I was very very happy with the service until my last bad experience. I've purchased almost $4000 worth of gift cards from this site with no problems until I got a few cards in one of my orders with $0 balance on the giftcard (x3 of $50 Kohl's giftcard). I opened a claim with Ejgiftcard team and the response was "the card balance has been used by the buyer!!!!!" and they reject the claim. This is ridiculous.

GBQuite of a bit of Steps but Giftcard Recieved I was hesitating about sending payment through Zelle, it asked for a name for the email and when I entered the name of the company, it prompted me to verify the name for the account was Harry. I sent anyways and shortly after I received the email to access the card securely. There’s a couple hoops to jump through but it was successful.

GBThis company stole from me This company stole from me. I immediately reported a card that I could not use and then went on vacation. I came back into town only to receive notification to submit the request online. I submitted the request online and was denied a refund, due to a technicality: I didn't submit online in time! Don't let them steal your money!! BEWARE!! Many other discount gift card sites have amazing customer service like Card Cookie and Raise - incredible customer service: they don't make you jump through hoops if you have an issue.

GBReceived $0 card - issue was resolved but took some time I got a good deal on some gift cards; however, one of them was delivered with a $0 balance. I emailed support 3x and they finally responded with the suggestion to open a claim. The typical claim resolution takes 14-21 days which is an absurdly long time. On the 20th day I hadn't heard anything and emailed support to get an update. I got a response within 24 hours stating they confirmed the issue on their end and it would be another 14-21 days for a new card to be issued. This was disappointing to hear, but instead they turned it around within another few hours. Overall happy with the result and will shop again. But disappointed the matter took so long to resolve.

I used the online chat to ask a question after I thought the card was not working, and the customer service rep I talked with was so kind and quickly talked me through what I needed to do differently- worked perfectly after!
