Amazing customer service, beautiful balloon Ben went above and beyond to get a balloon delivered to me next day, it was a very important delivery and Evri very nearly fluffed it up but Ben also sorted that out, PHEW! very stressful but I got the beautiful balloon I ordered for my bestfriends Twin baby shower within 24 hours of ordering. I was so incredibly grateful and the balloon was beautiful 😍 amazing customer service, can't thank you enough ❤️

Fantastic balloons, great communication I ordered a balloon for my Mum's 70th and it was even nicer than the photo when it arrived. She was delighted with it. There was a slight delay with delivery (by a few hours) and someone was in touch with me at the earliest opportunity - keeping me up to date and refunding the extra I'd paid for delivery by a certain time. Excellent customer service. Would use again.
