The recipiant loved her special 80th personalised balloon and more than 2 weeks later she says it is as good as the day it was delivered! Great quality balloons and excellent customer service. Fantastic balloons, great communication I ordered a balloon for my Mum's 70th and it was even nicer than the photo when it arrived. She was delighted with it. There was a slight delay with delivery (by a few hours) and someone was in touch with me at the earliest opportunity - keeping me up to date and refunding the extra I'd paid for delivery by a certain time. Excellent customer service. Would use again.
