Never received a notice or any… Never received a notice or any correspondence from anyone. Only way I knew my order was received was by checking the charge on my credit card. Did not get a chance to approve before production. Ordered 6 vases, air bubbles in all of them. The engraving in two of the vases two letters were closed , solid g and a . In another vase air bubble appears in the last place you would like , it looks like a punctuation mark where one should not be.

I ordered some engraved champagne… I ordered some engraved champagne glasses to commemorate a girlfriends' trip to Paris in early December, but didn't put a "rush" on the order because I knew it would be a busy time of year for personalized gifts. To my surprise they were delivered in time for me to wrap them for Christmas, and they are beautiful! The engraving is lovely and the glasses are very nice quality.
