I’ve ordered several things from… I’ve ordered several things from Personalization Mall and they all were exactly what I expected. I did however order a baking dish that came cracked in half. Very disappointing. I wrote a note and a new one was sent to me within a week. No questions asked. I was VERY impressed! I would definitely use them again and again!!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Seem like they dont GAF about the customers. We have had an account for a long time and the first time we ran into an issue, I contacted customer service. They are very short, justify why things are late. Big Bold Letters state 1-2 day turnaround for personalized items. We are at 16 days and still nothing. My wife and I have bothed missed out on Valentines day. No apology, no nothing. Just tells me that there is a 16-20 day turnaround from shipment date. We have closed our account and will find elsewhere to spend our hard earned money!!!

I will never order from this company… I will never order from this company again. I purchased 2 items in the same color, one item came back a totally different color, drab looking and looked nothing like what was pictured on their site. I contacted the company, sending the pictures of both items and they refused to credit me for the item. They wanted to give me a 20% credit for something I can't use.

PM never disappoints I have purchased a variety of items from PM and I haven't been disappointed in any item. Well made and very good quality. My only observation for new customers is give yourself plenty of shipping time for personalized gifts, can take a while to be shipped
