We noticed some negative reviews on line from frustrated customers who struggled with getting backing off stickers. But we discovered there is a very simple trick to it by facing printed side toward you, then dog ear one corner slightly so you can catch the loosened corner and peel sticker off backing. We finished 120 bottles in less than an hour.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Seem like they dont GAF about the customers. We have had an account for a long time and the first time we ran into an issue, I contacted customer service. They are very short, justify why things are late. Big Bold Letters state 1-2 day turnaround for personalized items. We are at 16 days and still nothing. My wife and I have bothed missed out on Valentines day. No apology, no nothing. Just tells me that there is a 16-20 day turnaround from shipment date. We have closed our account and will find elsewhere to spend our hard earned money!!!
