Great Customer service I called Walking Pets after not seeing any emails about my order. The Customer Service Rep was very nice and found my information. I had misspelled my last name in my email (I did it on my phone), so I was not getting any emails from them. We both laughed at my mistake and she said that she does it all the time. She was very polite, professional, and fun to talk to. She was able to send me the information once she had the correct email. I am pleased with WalkinPets so far. I have not received our "wheels" yet, but I am impressed so far!

I jumped the gun I jumped the gun. My Chiweenie hurt his back and couldn't walk. I bought one of your wheelchairs, it was very easy to put together, but my dog was to afraid of it. It must have scared him, cause after about a month, he slowly started to walk again! The company was very understanding and allowed me to return it, with a small restocking fee.

Buckle broke on first use I'm a walking wheels fan, I'm on my second chair with a second dog. It's definitely helped maintain mobility. However the front buckle of the Buddy Up Quad Compatibility panel broke on the first use and there's no way to fix or replace it without purchasing a new one since it's sewn into the webbing. I bought the front wheel attachment for our chair which shipped out quickly. When it arrived I discovered I also needed Buddy Up Quad panel to go with the front wheels, which is a separate purchase. I wrongly assumed all of the parts required would be included with the front wheel attachment. The website didn't make this explicitly clear, or I would have ordered it at the same time. It took an additional 10 days to get the Quad panel, more than double the estimated shipping time when I purchased it. So when it broke you can imagine how disheartening that would be after such a long wait and extra money spent.

My Corgi is enjoying his wheelchair after connecting with customer service Once I called customer service and emailed pictures we were able to get my Corgi, Dylan's, wheelchair adjusted properly. I ordered a corgi wheelchair but Dylan is a large Corgi with a very deep chest so it some tweaking to get him comfortable in it. I had filled out the form online and submitted the pictures but I never heard back. So if you need help call customer service don't do it online!

Call WalkinPets when you need help getting your disabled buddy going with a new wheelchair or harness When our irrepressible little disabled dog, Willie Gromit, broke his wheelchair harness, the WalkinPets people we talked to one phone were terrifically helpful in assisting us with identifying the proper replacement. They shipped it right out, and it's been wonderful now that we've fitted Willie G into it. Thank you, WalkinPets!
